The Fish Fork is a balancing fishing pole holder which gives little line resistance to the fish. When fish pick up your bait the balancing pole dips down so the fish do not feel any line resistance, allowing you to better see the bite and more time to set the hook. The Fish Fork works well on hard to catch fish, which will drop the bait if they feel line resistance. The open top design of the Fish Fork allows you to pull your pole straight up out of the holder for a quicker hook set. It swivels at its base allowing the pole to change direction with the current or the rocking of the boat. The Fish Fork can be used from shore, with the pointed beach attachment (included) or from a boat, using a standard “Scotty” pole holder base mount, (not included). The Fish Fork works with any size pole or reel, from ultra lights to heavy ocean poles.
